Play the Game will strive to keep the accommodation page updated with the number of available rooms on the two main hotels (Comwell H.C. Andersen and Cabinn).
Conference hotels with favourable rates
In order to obtain the negotiated favourable rates, please book your hotel room as soon as possible before the conference and before the hotel deadlines. After the deadlines, we cannot guarantee the favourable rates.
Accommodation including any incidentals (phone, mini bar, room service etc.) must be paid directly to the hotel. In case of cancellation or no-show you will be charged in accordance with the hotel’s cancellation policy. Play the Game takes no responsibility for delegates with regards to hotel booking and/or payment.
