Registering for Play the Game 2015

The registration for Play the Game 2015 is managed by our conference agent KongresKompagniet A/S, http://www.kongreskompagniet.dk
In order to ensure your participation at Play the Game 2015, please use the online registration accessible through the link above.
The registration fee includes:
- Full participation in the conference programme
- Social and cultural events
- All conference materials
- 3 x lunch: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- 4 x dinner: Sunday (Welcome reception), Monday (Excursion), Tuesday, Wednesday (Farewell party)
Registration will be made on the basis of “first come, first served”.
Accommodation
To obtain the reduced rates at the conference hotels you must book through KongresKompagniet when registering for the conference.

For these hotels, the registration form also serves as a hotel reservation form.
Accommodation shall be paid directly to the hotel upon departure. Any incidentals (phone, mini bar, room service etc.) are not included in the registration fee. In case of cancellation or no show you will be charged for the first room night.
Accompanying Person
The accompanying person fee includes
- Social and cultural events included 4 x dinner: Sunday (Welcome reception), Monday (Excursion), Tuesday, Wednesday (Farewell party).
Liability and insurance
Neither the organiser nor KongresKompagniet are able to take any responsibility, whatsoever, for injury or damage to persons or property during the conference. The organisers recommend that the participants insure themselves and their property for the conference duration
Payment
Payment should be remitted as indicated at the registration page.
Please make sure that your name, address and the name of the conference are stated on all payments and transfer documents.
Conference confirmation
When the amount is settled, registrants will receive a conference confirmation, which serves as a receipt. No further documents in this respect will be issued.

Invitation letter
In case you need a visa for Denmark Play the Game can support your visa application by issuing an invitation letter. The invitation letter will not be issued until registration and payment for the conference is done.
