Brazilian OC try to ban professor's book

Katia Rubia, a Sao Paulo University professor in sport psycology and Olympic studies, was recently threatened with criminal prosecusion by the Brazilian Olympic Committee (BOC) and ordered to destroy all copies of her newly published book, 'Sport, Education and Olympic Values'.

According to www.transparencyinsport.org, the reason for the threats is the use of the word 'Olympic' in the book title.

‘I study Olympic ideas, how come I cannot use the word? Our Brazilian Constitution guarantees freedom of speech and the press. This is a clear attempt to intimidate me', said Rubio to transparencyinsport.org.
