The release of the final report from the court of Zug on the ISL case by Investigating Magistrate Thomas Hildbrandt is being blocked by FIFA.

The document is said to reveal names of two FIFA officials who have received money from the ISL a long with the name of the person inside of FIFA who facilitated the handovers.

According to Swiss journalist Jean-Francois Tanda, the document has been released for publication twice – and twice has FIFA objected the release by sending requests asking the court that the damning document stays concealed.

The latest request for a block of the document was made on May 24 2011, just one week before the FIFA Congress.
