Third arrest in Austrian doping scandal

Austria hit by doping scandal: Stefan Matschiner, former manager of banned cyclist Bernhard Kohl, was arrested Monday night, writes Austrain Times.
Matschiner is the third person to be arrested within a few weeks after authorities detained an unnamed amateur cyclist as well as former ÖSV cross-country skiing coach Walter Mayer.
