Suspicion of match fixing in more tha 200 European football matches are investigated by the police

German investigators who are investigating several cases of alleged match fixing in major European football leagues informs today that at least 200 games are in the spotlight.
Even matches in the Champions League and European League may have been exposed to matchfixing. It is the prosecutor in Bochum in Germany, which currently examines the 200 matches for cheating and a joint effort yesterday between several European countries led to 15 arrests in connection with the case.
German police state, according to Reuters that the raid and the arrests made in Britain, Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
Clubs from more than nine countries have been involved in matches that are under suspicion.
This is according to the police among others, on three matches in the Champions League but also a series of matches in the German ranks.
