In this conference presentation from Play the Game 2005: the Good, the Bad and the Ugly, Wladimir Andreff, suggests international regulations on transfers of players.
In addition, he suggests a taxation - the socalled Coubertobin tax - in order to prevent the growth in international transfers of very young players.
