Katarina Pijetlovic lectures in sports law and various subjects of European Union law at Tallinn Law School, and is an academic researcher in sports law at the University of Helsinki. Her research interests include European Union sports law, sports governance, and fundamental rights of athletes in the investigation of doping and corruption offences in sports with emphasis on tennis. She is a member of Sport&EU, Editorial Board Member of LawInSport.com, and she occasionally acts as a legal representative for professional athletes and clubs. Katarina Pijetlovic is a regular presenter at international sports law conferences and has authored numerous publications in the field of EU sports law including, most recently:

• a book on “EU Sports Law and Breakaway Leagues in Football” (Springer 2014);
