Andreas Selliaas is a freelance journalist and commentator on national and international sports politics. Since 2008 he has been in the programme committee of Play the Game and has conducted investigative journalism for several leading news outlets in Scandinavia. Selliaas has written a report for the Council of Europe on good governance in Sports, and runs his own website focusing on sports politics (www.idrettspolitikk.no). He has been special adviser in the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Committee and researcher at the Norwegian Institute of International Affairs (NUPI), where he was in charge of the project ‘Sport and Reconciliation’.
